You are very special to me. You have always been there for me and my business. You have been generous and understanding when times are tough and you have been patient and helpful during the good times. You are always the first (and sometimes the only one) to receive  information about special events, offers and of course, exclusive notice of our last-minute appointments. And over the past 20 years, you have helped me make our Annual Thanksgiving Special something incredibly note worthy.
 

 

In the beginning, 20 years ago, we created our Thanksgiving Special as a fun way to ensure that our incredible staff remains busy during the traditionally slow, cold winter months. This year, circumstances have changed and so, Scott and I have been forced to reexamine the what, why and how behind our Special Sale. After exhaustive thought and deliberation, we have no choice but to postpone our Thanksgiving Special Sale. The reason why? Because we have no significant number of available appointments available - all of our professionals are completely booked. As you may have noticed, we are doing everything humanly possible to try to hire additional staff in order to accommodate more customers and schedule additional appointments. We have also given all of our current employees generous raises in pay to reward them for their loyalty and hard work.
 

 

At the end of the day, we decided to postpone our Thanksgiving Special Sale because we do not want to disappoint YOU.  We don't want to disappoint you by having you participate in a Special Sale that would result in you calling to schedule an appointment only to discover that there are no openings.
 

 

It is an challenging position to be in - to be so busy that we do not have to have a sale to be busy. But at the same time, it is worrisome, because we know that we can (and should) be busier. And we will be as soon as we can find additional professionals to join our team. And as soon as we do, we will then create a Sale Event even more Special to introduce them to you and the extended ESSpa Family. In the meantime, we will continue to offer our Annual Spa Club Memberships and we will continue to offer our last-minute EvaSaver Specials when we are able.
