Thought of the Day
- I hope you will indulge me if I take a moment to apologize for Eva having to cancel so many appointments last month. She would never admit it but she was very sick and because she never wants to disappoint anyone, she always waits until the last minute to cancel anyone - hoping that she will feel well enough to make it in. Sometimes those that truly care (people like Eva), care so much that they forget to take care of themselves. Eva doesn't know that I am including this note in today's email but someone wrote a bad review on Citysearch.com because Eva had to cancel their appointment and that kind of bothered me a bit. Anyway, I just though that you should know because Eva goes out of her way every day for her guests and always, always, always puts her clients before anything else. Eva is the most incredible, most giving person I have every known and my only desire is for her to be healthy and happy. Its tough for Eva, her entire family is 10,000 miles away and I am not the easiest guy to live and work with 24 x 7. So anything you can do to help me help her (a kind word, a supportive comment, an invitation to lunch - my treat) would be appreciated more than you know.
