Eva from ESSpa here. Can you believe that it is the middle of September already?!
With the kids back in school and
the weather changing, now is the perfect time to treat yourself to a
little break - or a little pick me up. I know that this is a last minute invite but I have some friends of mine in town who introduced me to some amazingly good coffee that has helped me lose over 30 pounds since July. Let me repeat that, I have lost 30 pounds in the last 2+ months and a large part of that is because of THIS exclusive coffee that I found this summer.
But you cannot get this coffee in Pittsburgh anywhere except here at ESSpa Kozmetika in Aspinwall. I haven't even taken it up to my spa in State College yet.

There are so many things that you can do that don't
require a lot of time and that won't break the bank. Coming to visit me for a couple of minutes Sunday evening for a great tasting, complimentary cup of coffee is one of the best ways to be healthy I can think of.  Just
a thought - is you don't like coffee (like Scott - he hates coffee) I have some incredible, organic, estate-grown Green Tea that I want you to sample on Sunday at 5pm.
