Hi, Scott Kerschbaumer from ESSpa Kozmetika here. Many of you who know me understand that I always have many "irons in the fire". If you would be so kind as to indulge me for a moment, I would like to share one of my current activities with you. Since September, I have been a Fellow in the Running For Public Office Program that is sponsored by Coro Pittsburgh. As part of this program, the participants are required to stage a mock election for Mayor of Pittsburgh. My "Party" is called the Justice Party and I am running the campaign for our Candidate, Geoffrey Melada. Geoff is a native Pittsburgher, an Assistant District Attorney, smart as a tack and a True Gentleman. Our mock election online polls open TODAY @ 3pm (Wednesday, Dec. 16th) and will stay open until Thursday afternoon. I and my Justice Party associates also invite you to join all of us along with Sala Udin and a virtual who's who of Pittsburgh politicos Thursday evening @ 6pm for a live debate and reception at the Coro HQ located at 33 Terminal Way (The Terminal Buildings on the South Side) off of Carson Street under the Liberty Bridge. Of course, those who know me know that I am not above "buying votes" so anyone who joins us Thursday Night will receive a special "gift" from ESSpa Kozmetika compliments of the Justice Party (there is no obligation requried). It is important to note that our Campaign has raised a significant amount of "Campaign Contributions" that the Justice Party is donating to Operation Better Block - a great organization that is helping to bring a sense of comminuty back to Pittsburgh neighborhoods in need - such as Homewood/Brushton. You might ask why am I doing this? Because I am tired of the status quo and I am trying to figure out how I might help improve the efficiency, performance and accountablility of our public servants. I want Kristian (my 6 year old boy) to have a better life than me and I believe  that active participation is the best way to ensure that he gets it. Regardless of your position(s), I hope you at least agree with me to become engaged and informed.
